One Year Limited Warranty Information
CRN Solutions Inc. dba CyberXLink (“CyberXLink”) provides this specific limited warranty that it will repair or replace products it finds to be defective in material and workmanship for (1) year from the date of original purchase unless otherwise stated and/or agreed upon in writing. All products sold by CyberXLink have a minimum (1) Year Limited Product Warranty. Please contact our sales department for further details.
CyberXLink does not cover labor costs associated with the installation of products. The warranty is issued to the original Customer only, and is not transferable in any way at any time. If any failure to conform to this warranty becomes apparent during the warranty period, the Customer shall promptly notify in writing and return such defective product to CyberXLink (F.O.B. CyberXLink at 36595 Kevin Road Ste 138-139, Wildomar CA 92595) together with proof of purchase to establish such claim after being given an RMA number by CyberXLink.
All CyberXLink products sold for Resale, unless otherwise stated, come with a (1) Year Limited Product Warranty.
If Customer determines that the goods fail to conform to the applicable specifications, Customer must notify CyberXLink in writing within seven (7) days of delivery at which point CyberXLink will refund the purchase price. After seven (7) days of delivery, but within one (1) year of delivery, Customer may notify CyberXLink in writing if any goods fail to conform to the applicable specifications at which point CyberXLink will replace any portion of the goods it finds to be defective. Customer acknowledges the amount of time to permit CRN to examine and test the goods. This represents Customer’s sole remedy for any breach of warranty. All warranty requests shall adhere to CRN’s Return Policy.
This warranty does not cover defects or non-compliance in the design, application or installation of the cabling system, which may result from failure to comply with CyberXLink's design guidelines and/or improper installation procedures. This warranty shall not apply to any damage of product or failure that is caused by condition beyond CyberXLink's control, including but not limited to, misuse, neglect, accidental damage, improper installation or application, alteration, unauthorized repair, acts of God, use outside of the United States, or normal wear and tear. This warranty covers the components and the cabling system at the original site of installation only. Any modification to the system without CyberXLink's approval voids this warranty. CyberXLink shall not be liable for any costs of removal or installation. CyberXLink's sole and exclusive obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective item at CyberXLink's sole discretion.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. CyberXLink SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST OR ANTICIPATED PROFITS, DELAY, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IN NO WAY AFFECTS THE TERMS OF THE MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY, IF APPLICABLE. IT IS SPECIFICALLY UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED THAT THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT CONFER ANY THIRD-PARTY BENEFICIARY RIGHTS AND SHALL EXCLUDE ALL SUCH RIGHTS. EXCEPT AS STATED HEREIN, CUSTOMER AGREES THAT IF THERE IS AN ALLEGED PRODUCT DEFECT, DEFECTIVE LABELING OR OTHERWISE, CUSTOMER SHALL SEEK REDRESS ONLY FROM THE MANUFACTURER OF SUCH PRODUCTS, AND CUSTOMER WAIVES AND RELEASES CyberXLink FROM SUCH CLAIMS. CyberXLink WILL REASONABLY COOPERATE IN THAT REGARD AT CUSTOMER’S COST AND EXPENSE.
A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) will be provided to begin the process of repair, replace or refund of the defective equipment in question. CyberXLink will do its best to facilitate item(s) repair when and if covered by our warranty and will replace or refund the item's cost based on the cost paid at the time of sale. Replace/Repair/Refund is at CyberXLink's sole discretion.
RMA's will not be issued for items that have been improperly installed, abused, or mishandled. Authorized returns for refund or credit for non-defective items are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee, again at CyberXLink’s sole discretion.
To apply for a return authorization number, please fill out and fax to CyberXLink the online RMA Form provided on our website. (RMA numbers are valid for 7 days after issuance). Items not received by CyberXLink within the 7 day RMA window may be denied a refund or credit. Replacements are shipped promptly UPS Ground Standard Service back to the Customer upon receipt and testing of defective merchandise.
