Server Racks, Server Cabinets, and Enclosures
At the center of your network is a Server Rack, Network Enclosure, and/or Equipment Cabinets. Here you will find all of your networking equipment such as cat5E and cat6 patch panels, servers, monitors, Ethernet switches, that will run fiber optics, cat5E, and cat6 Ethernet cable throughout a building in order to connect cat5E and cat6 keystone jacks, computers, fax machines, modems, and more. Server racks, cabinets, and enclosures are a cost effective solution that addresses your network infrastructure needs. Ideal for industrial and commercial applications, they will allow you to incorporate many different components in one central location.
We carry all of the accessories that you may need, including bus bars, blanking panels, brackets, wheel caster kits, rack fans, screws and cage nuts, and additional shelves, drawers, and trays. With CyberXLink in your corner, you can purchase exactly what you need, when you need it, at a price that fits your budget.
Server racks are standardized frames or enclosures designed for mounting and organizing servers. Equipment designed for rack storage is described as rack-mount, or rack-mountable. The height of a server rack shelf is standardized in multiples of 1.75 inches, which is designated as one rack unit (1U).
Open Framed Server Racks
Simple, low cost solution to mounting your rack mount equipment. While our cabinets and enclosures are technically server racks, here we have set aside open framed racks such as our 2-post open frame and 4-post open framed racks. We carry an array of size options, including various heights (measure in U’s or RU’s) and various depths (on our 4-post versions). They are the standard 19” wide and allow any standard mountable piece of equipment to be loaded. Each provides excellent support while the open frame enhances airflow, keeping your equipment cool. To achieve optimum airflow, check out our blanking panels and rack fans—each plays a critical role in the cooling of your server rack gear.
The advantage of 2-post and 4-post open frame racks is that, along with providing excellent airflow capabilities, they are very easy to set-up, install, and manage. A few steps to construct, easy to mount gear, and managing your cable runs is all open access.
We carry any additional hardware that you may need for our open frame racks.
Server Cabinets and Enclosures
While the open framed racks are focused on great airflow and ease of installation, Server Cabinets and Enclosures provide a strong focus on power distribution, cooling, and cable management, keeping dust and other foreign objects out.
Fixed Wall Mount Enclosures – These enclosures mount directly onto your wall. To access, the side panels come off, allowing you to install, manage, and troubleshoot your network cables and equipment. They are fully lockable, protecting you gear from any harm. We carry an array of sizes, from 4U to 18U.
Free Standing Enclosures – These are highly recommended in large data centers where there is a lot of gear. Our freestanding server racks and enclosures come with tempered glass, vented fronts, or some other protective material. The side panels are removable and lockable. We carry a K1 and K2 Series. The K1 series server cabinets have a cutout that allows you to install four cooling fans. There are removable slots for easy installation for all of your cables. The K2 series features 2 sets of vertical rails and include casters & levelers for mobility and installation.
Swing-out Wall Mount Enclosures – In situations where, you do not have direct access to the back of your server rack, swing-out racks provide easy access from the front. Just pull out the rack—instant serviceability. This feature makes termination, reconfiguration, testing, and troubleshooting easier, saving you time and money. Made in the USA, these swing-out racks provide an economical solution for protecting, housing, and organizing your network, security, and telecommunication equipment.
SOHO and Port able Rack Systems
For greater flexibility with your network components, SOHO and Portable Rack Systems are right where you need it. Heavy-duty caster wheels navigate busy workspaces, offices, test floors and other busy industrial environments. For compact office settings, try a Small Office Home Office (SOHO) rack. Small in size yet big on reliability, a rugged, lightweight Server Rack is perfect for quick setup or on-the-go convenience. For example, you can use a SOHO rack at a trade show or a customer’s facility.
